FAQ's - Market Schedule / Local Pick Up

Q. Can I shop your jewelry in person?

A. Yes! We currently sell at farmers markets local to the Turlock / Modesto area. Please refer to our market schedule below.

 

Q. Do you offer pick up at markets for orders under $35.00?

A. Yes! During market season, customers local to the Turlock / Modesto area may place orders for pick up at any of our scheduled markets, during market hours. Customers must choose Market Pick Up at check out and also indicate in the Order Special Instructions box (located in your Cart page) which market location and date they will be picking up. (Please refer to the monthly updated schedule above.)

If the customer fails to pick up on their chosen date and location, they must contact us immediately at seedandstonejewelry@gmail.com (or on our Instagram or Facebook pages) to communicate their next chosen market date and location. A failure to pick up the item(s) after 30 days from their original pick up date will result in the cancellation of the order with NO refunds issued. We understand things happen, so if you cannot pick up within the 30 days of the original pick up date, please message us immediately so that we can bill you for shipping and send your package to you.

 

Q. How soon do I need to place an order before the market pick up date?

A. Because our handmade jewelry is made to order, orders placed for pick up must be submitted 3 days before the market date. Ex.: For Saturday market pick ups, orders need to be placed by the end of the day on the Wednesday before. For orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays, kindly choose the next available Saturday.)

 

Q. Will you offer local pick up during the off season?

A. No; please choose shipping at check out to complete your order.
