SHIPPING POLICY

Each jewelry piece is made to order so processing times will vary. In most cases, orders will ship within 3-5 business days of the date the order was placed. If you need your order rushed, please get in touch at seedandstonejewelry@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request.

At this time, SEED + STONE Jewelry is shipping to United States customers only. All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail (standard shipping). Please make sure you enter an address that USPS recognizes as a valid address. Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do not include the time required for fulfillment.

It is advisable to have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. SEED + STONE Jewelry is not responsible for any packages once entered into the care of USPS.

At this time, all SEED + STONE Jewelry sales are final and not eligible for a refund. (Certain circumstances may allow for an exchange.) If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for an exchange.
